Job Overview
Front Line RCM is seeking experienced Medical Billing Specialists to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US healthcare billing, especially in Home Health and Internal Medicine. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate claim submission, timely follow-ups, and maximizing reimbursements.
Key Responsibilities

Submit accurate insurance claims to clearinghouses

Review patient billing information for completeness

Perform charge entry and claim scrubbing

Follow up on unpaid or denied claims

Work on Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports

Resolve claim rejections and denials

Post payments and adjustments

Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations

Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims
Required Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of US medical billing experience

Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes

Experience with Home Health or Internal Medicine billing preferred

Knowledge of EHR and billing software
